I'm impressed at the forum! Best single round of the Challenge ever, you guys stepped up. And, we could potentially get beyond 10. Since Pete is meant to be writing. *glares at him* I forgot that I wasn't going to be home this past weekend. That didn't help. You must say "as the prophecy foretold" at the end of every answer you give to people for the next week as punishment.

Just Lilam's to judge. I'm at 3,100 words.
And I don't care. This is great.

in with 2 hours to spare! ... five minutes. Five minutes to spare. Unless, this clock I'm using is wrong.

Scores are up!
Everyone did a really good job. From 2nd to 11th was separated by only five points. Everyone got well offer half marks and I was marking quite harshly.
So I don't want to hear a single 'I suck' post. You all did well. Some people can improve more. So go and do it in Round Two.

Ahhhh! So many possibilities with this topic! It's too much!
As for this, I was actually thinking about going back and adding to my entry, and then submitting it somewhere, because while I'm pretty pleased with the way it turned out overall, I think it would definitely be better if it was longer. I think I had to rush the descent into madness a bit.

Ahhhh! So many possibilities with this topic! It's too much! I think that could probably only improve the piece. I liked the descent into madness. But there was a rushed feel to it. Which is maybe why the swearing felt so jarringly out of the place.

Agro: no worries about the docked point. I expected it. You wanted entries and I wrote in the style I enjoy. Fully acceptable to be docked a point every time I do that unless its a Flash comp ;D Really enjoyed getting back to writing and I had a clear image for this one. It was intentionally a thought stream and jumpy because of the emotion. Glad you think I handled it well. On to the next topic. Dock a point already, hun, because you know I'm gonna do it again . . . Unless I go with the other idea I had

Hey, Agro, since you had no problems with my use of topic, why is it only 4/5? I kid. Congratulations, Taed. Your story was...interesting. Rampancy, yah?
