What do you suppose that thing on the right side of the image is supposed to be? It looks too sleek to be steampunk; kind of like a spaceship.

A terraformer that can farm acres at a time, consuming all the corn in a dark whirlwind of fear and hate. Any animal caught within it is taken up and devoured slowly through the many many mashing gnashing teeth within the belly of the mechanical beast.
But it looks adorable when it walks on those stubby little legs.

Why would the planet need terraforming if the biosphere can already support corn and livestock?
Think these thing through, Sekot!

That air could be made of a lot of things. Orrrr that that terraformer can be responsible for making it supportable. Edit: Better yet, its a terraformer of people and corn are the innocent bystanders.

Clearly it's been developed by an alien race attempting to terraform this planet of corn and livstock into something -their- kind might deem more habitable. Damn, Taed, way to be closed-minded.

Ah, but "terra" specifically means "Earth". If it was aliens doing it, it would be xenoforming. Or possibly [insert alien planet name here]forming. Damn, Zovo, way to force human etymology onto other species.

Damn, Zovo, way to force human etymology onto other species. Maybe that's just what it's human victims call it because it resembles human terraforming devices and they can't pronouce the alien word for it because humans don't communicate in scents.

.... Blast! There's no counter-argument to "maybe the aliens communicate with scents."

Yep I went for the totally cheap and . . .
at first I thought it was a space ship, now its a sleek modern building . . on fire. Hell it doesn't matter the way its written.
Open, honest and public feedback welcome.
