My antag is getting ready to steal a car. About halfway through this scene I realized he still had the car he came with. Now I have to go back and somehow destroy/disable the original car because I'm digging the car theft scene.
This is Nano for me.

Use explosives. But don't blow it up with a gun, because that's been scientifically proven to be ineffective, and we can't have scientifically proven ineffective effects in fiction.

Meh, I have a feeling I'm going to fail reaching my daily target for the first time today. But I went out for lunch and now we have people coming around this evening.
DAMN YOU LIFE!

Now I have to go back and somehow destroy/disable the original car because I'm digging the car theft scene. This is Nano for me. Lol'd. Been there, done that :] Blew up a character in my first NaNo because there was no other way to get what I wanted >.> Also, Agro, what is there not to 'get'? NaNo is the 0.000001 draft. It isn't even worth feeding to the chickens once you are finished. It's about sitting down and breaking through the worries and insecurities and doing something you've wanted to do for yonks :] You're doing it the difficult way. You're going for a proper draft and you haven't locked up your inner-editor! I think Chris (bf) is trying to kill me. Not only do I have work to think about and word-counts. I also have games on Monday and Tuesday with friends at pubs and houses. I figured I'd have tonight to myself to get some proper writing done ... no such chance! He's arranged another games night tonight ... and tomorrow night ... and the the weekend is fully booked with more games. Not going to survive this month. Having a life is hard during NaNo. Having a bf who loves to play games and include me is even harder.

Blocked in by a pair of assholes who can't parallel park?

I hate dad batteries, telling me to clean up my mess or call my mother.

I hate dad batteries, telling me to clean up my mess or call my mother. I corrected Zovo's mistake subconsciously, which made your post look like you were high. Just thought you'd like to know.

I hate dad batteries, telling me to clean up my mess or call my mother. Awesome. Probably will use something like a dead battery. Humanize the "villain" a bit. But that's for AFTER Nano. Right now just pretending it happened.

I hate dad batteries, telling me to clean up my mess or call my mother. You ungrateful git, after all the fishing trips he took you on!

*sniff*
I'll never forget the way my dad battery would jump in the lake and all the fish would just sort of float to the surface.
