Since Round 5 is over and we've only had ONE submission on time, I've gone ahead and slightly extended the deadlines for the last two rounds so that they both include a full weekend.
You'll have until Sunday the 9th at midnight PST to get in your round 6 entry, and Sunday the 16th at midnight PST to get in your round 7 entry.
Round 6 prompts are up now.
I know we're all crunched for time and I know competitions can be long, but James and I are trying to provide the best feedback we can and come up with fun and creative prompts. So far, we've actually had a really great number of submissions. There have only been a handful of drop-outs. It'd be a shame if the end of the competition suddenly floundered. If you're still struggling with Round 5, write SOMETHING, and soon, and move on to Round 6 ASAP. I posted a video in the Writing Thread that's about curing writer's block and I think it's actually super useful. Take a peek at that if you just can't seem to get an idea off the ground.
