Is there life in the sub-boards? Are you all chatting to your team captains about schedules and what you're good at, what you're not, what you'd like to try, what you'd avoid? My job as unofficial Competition Cheerleader feels inadequate in this competition. We've been talking about a few things... Mostly about locating Pete's team and crippling them either physically or psychologically; but, yeah, we've been talking. |

Also we can use it to cheat. |

Just to give people a little more focus for discussions within their own boards: at the moment (it may change), the thinking is that each round (3 matches) will have one open topic, one quite restrictive topic, and one somewhere in the middle. Obviously, some writers like the freedom to write from scratch (maybe they're just given a genre or a form and told to write a story), while others like to work from a solid base (like, say, an Arena beginning).
