But seriously, just so you know James, that last story of mine was set, like, three hundred years AFTER the rest of the stories. So...its not consistent with my setting, really. I had to go out of my way to time skip to make the story fit the genre. If you have any questions about my setting, don't hesitate to ask. Same to you, dude. Hope that I'm able to write competently for your setting. Although it might be a little while before I can start, I need to write a paper over the weekend involving writing an Amicus Brief for a hypothetical Same-Sex Marriage case before the Supreme Court for class. Fun. |

Whoa, Injin. I hadn't read all your stories, I'd only got around to Round 1 and 2. I really dug that Round 3 story. It's one of your best stories on this forum, I think. I want to do something with that cursed town and the Merfolk (and maybe try and capture this D&D vibe Taed keeps blabbering on about). I can tell you all you need to know about Trastamara via PM if you'd like. |

Whoa, Injin. I hadn't read all your stories, I'd only got around to Round 1 and 2. I really dug that Round 3 story. It's one of your best stories on this forum, I think. I want to do something with that cursed town and the Merfolk (and maybe try and capture this D&D vibe Taed keeps blabbering on about). I can tell you all you need to know about Trastamara via PM if you'd like. I think I'm just going to run on from what that Round 3 story has. I think that's a good way of doing this round, building off of someone's world while not being a slave to it. After all, you don't have to take what I have as canon! But seriously, man. Be proud of that story. It was really cool. |

I wanted to see how many hairs ya'll were pulling out before I set a deadline  Do we want a little extra time on this one? I was going to suggest end of day Sunday the 15th (so 10 days), but with the hope that we don't go a week beyond that deadline like last time. |

Soooooo done with competitions. This was supposed to help me get back to writing but it's sort of done the opposite. Maybe I'll still to knitting and crochet and dress creation. /Sigh

When was the last time you did that outside of a competition? Some people liked those stories, or at least liked parts of them. You got 5 sets of reviews to work from, plus the two stories we talked about at Inklings. There's a whole lot of positives there, and I don't really see many negatives. |
