I sat silently yelling at my plot, then gave in and decided to still go with it. I think having to incorporate a beginning written by someone else has thrown me. What I do is rewrite the beginning incorporating the same plot elements but in my own style. It helps get the flow going. Then, when I'm finished with the story, I copy/paste the beginning I was supposed to use to the front of the story. |
