Originally Greek Myths were alright, but you've forced me to include that under the description of Non-Cthonic. Wunderbarr.

Also, for your info: this is the 1812 Overture mentioned in the entry for Orchestra. www.youtube.com/watch?v=VbxgYlcNxE8If you don't want to listen to the whole song, the important part comes at 11:50.

So essentially - stories that don't take place in any form of underworld (be it a hell or literal under the world)?

Oh man.
You have no idea how much I want to crank out a sweeping Brythonic story for this. But I don't have the time.

Anyways, the scores should be done tomorrow if I don't have work. If I do, well, thursday is when they'll be graded properly. I was too much in a hurry last time and I won't double down on that mistake.

To see if the judge approves of your work or not, and if not, what to work on?

I'm confused by "mythonic". Does that mean it is pertaining to something mythical or a specific historical/social/cultural mythology?

Psh, isn't that the point of the contests? To see if the judge approves of your work or not, and if not, what to work on? Yes but in Agro's case I would fear for my life. I'm confused by "mythonic". Does that mean it is pertaining to something mythical or a specific historical/social/cultural mythology? Do you mythos? www.thefreedictionary.com/mythosOtherwise... I don't see anyone mentioning something 'mythonic'.

The theme is 'mythos', meaning mythologies. The condition is that you don't use Greek or Lovecraftian mythology.
I'd say therefore that you could probably go with both - either something mythological, or pertaining to existing mythologies. Like the other topics I'd say it's open to the writer's interpretation of the word.
