No worries, I'm not in trouble; I'm on the offensive team.

This is getting ridiculous, I admit.
It's #1 on my priority list right now. I'll get around to it ASAP.

I'm just glad this has gotten this far. It went rather smoothly compared to other attempts.

Really late, but done. My scores are up.
Nice job both of you. While my reviews might seem overly critical, I enjoyed both pieces quite a bit. It was nice to have a round which contained nothing I had to force myself to finish. ;D

I didn't think you were overly harsh, Zovo - considering the time I took to proofread/edit, there's no way that missed word should've gotten by me... /facepalms self And I guess in a way, since this strange, STRANGE topic was given to us, I decided to just go all the way with it, metaphorically and literally. So to my thought process while I was writing, Evan really did have to die, because it simply had to be "curtains for him." That, and the front that Meredith and Evan kept up to most everyone throughout their married life, "what REALLY goes on in there, when the curtains are closed?" And her acting throughout all her life, as if everything was all right, or would someday, somehow be all right? Stage curtains was all I could think of. XD
And yes, she had been poisoning him over time - hence the hospital bed/at home care. Because as I understand it, arsenic poisoning is a hell of a way to die... Sorry if it seemed a bit "oblique," but I tend to forget not everyone has done what I did for a living, nor have an interest in crime stories like I do. >< So yeah, the topic was a HUGE challenge, but... *shrugs* It was fun, no matter the outcome of the decisions. The challenge itself was worth it. ;D

Woops, we sort of forgot about this. That's not good.
Okay, so Kaez and Zovo have their verdicts in. Unfortunately, I know Agro said that he'd be temporarily losing his internet for a while this month. I didn't think it was supposed to happen till the 26th but I haven't seen him around for a few days so we can probably assume that his plans, whatever they were, got pushed forward. He also said that his internet wouldn't be back until the 5th (Although, there's a pretty good chance that those plans got changed as well. It could slide in either direction)
I'm only one point ahead of Meleta at this stage so obviously we need a third judge to weigh in. It's too close to call otherwise. So we can either wait a bit for Agro to return (probably not before the 5th, as I said) or Kaez and Zovo can deputize another judge to get a quicker result.

Hmm, yeah it might be time to do so. I believe the consensus was to have Sensar be my replacment when I was MIA, and that's cool with me if he's up for it.
Kaez?

I'll second Matteo on this and say that we can pretty much guarantee Agro is out, but I don't really recall anything about Sensar being the replacement. I mean, it's fine by me that he is, I just don't remember that decision.
I'd be fine with really anyone who wants to step forward and judge them doing it.

What if we just open it up, let anyone and everyone judge. . . as many people as want to. And we total it up, say, Saturday?

The only stipulation of course being that you have to judge both stories; and we'll drop the highest and lowest scores from both.

Mayhaps someone should post an announcement in the somewhere that juding for the final round is open to EVERYONE. Otherwise, come Saturaday we'll still have just you and me.

Oh look! Didn't see this yesterday ...
An announcement would probably be a good idea. I didn't realize an "open it to everybody" decision had been made.
(ps. This is not sarcasm! I was looking for more stuff to review :] )
