Leviathan's Fury: 50% Increased attack speed, 15% reduced cooldowns. Activates at 10% health points. Bonuses double at 3%.
Berserk: Leviathan's fury increases to 500% attack speed and 75% reduced cooldown rate. Have fun trying to finish him off.
Strat: Kill it before it kills you. Tanks are going to be taking a lot of damage between hard hitting normal attacks and Titanic Blows. This thing cleaves so only the two tanks should be in front of it at any time. One tank should not try to tank the Leviathan alone, it hits hard enough to kill a single tank even with large heals, two targets are needed.
Movement will be needed for bombs and spike cannon so be ready to shift if you are ranged. Melee will have to move back after sonic bellow but make sure they are not in front of it.
This is a high damage fight and a gear check with some mobility added in. Bombs and spike cannon can be avoided totally so ranged should spread out and everyone should be ready to scatter if they are in a red circle.

Berserk: Normal only: Mana Missile: Deals 700,000 arcane damage, 500 yard range. Hits ground in 10 seconds after timer expires.

Normal:
On normal, ignore all other targets besides the core. You have a timer to deal with. To compensate the Omega Reaper attacks slightly slower and uses abilities less often than on Heroic. It also will not use Earthshatter more than once per 25%.
This is basically a kill it before the timer kills you fight. Healers need to watch tanks constantly as the Reaper hits excessively hard even if slightly slower. They will also need to watch for people who are slow on Vulcan Fire and in general with swarms.
Tanks -need- to keep an eye on their health. This boss will even on normal gib people who aren't paying attention. If your health is low the other tank should taunt as this boss can be cheap with hard hits and rail blasts/reapers strike.
In general, don't stack on top of each other and burn the core as hard as you can, fast as you can. Don't be afraid to move to avoid attacks if you are being targeted though. You will be warned when Mana bombs are about to fire so you will have time to move.
Heroic:
This fight is a different beast now. Special abilities will come hard and fast so targeting things other than the core will make the fight easier over time as going straight for the core only will -not- work. There is no timer so no need to rush, this is a long fight.
Here is a breakdown of what part controls what ability.

Shockwave Generator: Earthshatter
High Velocity Cannon: Rail Blast.
My suggestion is to crush the generator first. Earthshatter is a huge drain on dps and will make a long fight even longer. Beyond that the casting time increase will make healing hellish, especially since the Reaper can use other abilities during those 30 seconds.
After that target what is giving you the most trouble. When you can handle what is being thrown at you for a good while go for the core. Obviously this is easiest if all parts are down but use your judgment.
The name of the game is survival as too many deaths early on will mean everything is going for much longer, killing more people. If you have to, assigning groups to areas with a healer each might be prudent. Any mana regen abilities such as innervate should always be used on healers on this fight. Greedy dpsers can wipe a raid.
Mana Bombs will still be easy enough to avoid as their purpose isn't to instagib half the raid but to lower the places to move from things such as missiles and vulcans.
