You know one of the things I like about your work here Sensar, is that it is invariably you. For every forum poster here there is a little voice in my head which is just a touch different for all of them. Sometimes, when they write; when I read it that little voice changes and their Random Banter and their written work don't have the feeling that they are created by the same person. With you, it's different. Your poetry voice and your banter voice are identical; and I love reading your work. FYI: minor spelling error, 7th line. "In" vs. "it." ((Thanks!))

nine muses singing their songs i have one myself she's a fickle one a few notes tauntingly in the ear before pulling away to let me flounder without tune but when the song starts it's a brilliant array of light i just wish my muse wasn't a fickle bitch.

Was it intentional that it sounds as though your muse deserted you somewhere in the last three lines?

Was it intentional that it sounds as though your muse deserted you somewhere in the last three lines? I'm pretty sure it was. And I liked that a lot.

I thought it might be; but I didn't wanna be like. . . "I liked the way the ending kinda sucked, good job."
And then have Sensar be all, "That wasn't on purpose /cry"
Note: Both lines of dialogue are exagerations, I'd never write that, nor would I expect Sensar to react in such a manner.

((Wow. How did I miss these? Sensar! Wow! ... Lost for words.
The water one did look like a tornado, and I liked that! I loved flicker! LOVED IT! Not even sure why, but I did. The pace, the thought, the trailing off. Nine muses also made me laugh. That little rhyming bit at the end really tied it off, in a deserted kind of way!
Cannot pick a favorite. Will be watching this thread - now I know it's here!))

light
the myriad in one and the sights that i may behold through the ancient prism of lights. the utter lack is confusion but the beam is pristine from one to many we do see light

time
and by the drop the sand trickles through the echoes of time. but is it all just me or the ever passing line grain by grain the invisible increment the note to which we all invariably step.

resurrection amazing how one moment can spark creation or resurrection. the moment in shimmering golden light the smooth waves of sound, remind one - there is time, there is poetry to be found.
