Organizations
Arcane Sanctuaries are a multiracial Arcane organization led by an official elected once every three years amongst the hundred seniormost members of the official membership. The current leader is Robsro Vwond. They are the largest of all Arcane organizations, with a very large membership spanning all across Rosia and Gilaan, with small foreign bases in other territory. An official membership is not required for access to their goods and services, and thus the total membership is suspected to be even higher than the registered one.
Unlike the other Arcane organizations, they have no absolute stance and function as a means of benefiting and serving all arcanists. Indeed, members of other Arcane organizations are often members of the Arcane Sanctuaries as well, as it is not exclusive. After strong pushing by the Paladins, Knights of Gilaan, and White Crows, they officially banned the Twelve Crimes for official members, though they have not actively pursued this.
The Knights of Gilaan is a revered human organization that has long been led by the Skydruk family. They are the premier Arcane order within Gilaan. They are a regal, prestigious, and very exclusive order -- sometimes looked on as elitist by nonmembers. Arcanists in the Knights of Gilaan are often members of families with a deep history of the skill. While they are distinctly anti-Holders and criminalize the Twelve Crimes, they tend to be more focused on the benefit of their own organization than the good of the Arcane world as a whole.
The Paladinsare various aligned organizations united by the de facto leadership of the aggressive and controversial Lady Skultress. Under her leadership, there was a lessening on the punishment of the Twelve Crimes to Paladins when utilized to attack or otherwise work against the Holders. This has stirred some controversy within the Knights of Gilaan and the White Crows, but it is an undeniably efficient (morally debatable) method.
The official motto of the organization before Skultress took leadership was 'Bound by Fate, Risen by Loyalty'. Rallying support of the more aggressive membership, she altered it to 'Bound by Duty, Risen by Loyalty'. This anti-Holder aggression has brought the Paladins in close alliance with the White Crows and their influence has helped the White Crows become more well organized and accepted within the scholarly arcane community.
White Crows are a semi-recognized underground network of unaligned arcanists (members of none of the other organizations discussed here) dedicated to the disassembly and destruction of the Holders. They are led by Cardinus Bloom, an informal and young figure who many see as a revitalization of the youth within the Arcane. Thanks to newfound support from the Paladins and Lady Skultress, the White Crows cause is growing and the rise in independent, less public arcanists among the youth is rising in both Rosia and Gilaan.
Meetings and organization tend to be run on local levels, with a sloppy geographical hierarchy in place under Cardinus Bloom. Over the past few years, partially-regular meetings of the various other organizations have included White Crows leadership more and more frequently and they are slowly being recognized as an official organization in and of themselves.

The Archwizards
Crek Tamtrinus is a very old human, traditionally a Paladin, accepted unanimously by all four aforementioned organizations as the most powerful living arcanist and a figure of great respect and leadership within the Arcane community.

The Twelve Crimes
Believe in a 'freedom to practice all magic' and a 'lack of totalitarianism', not so much 'evil is good'.
A single, leaderless, faceless organization of underground members. They bear no signs and no markings -- anyone could be one of them. They answer only to each other, as a collective.
