Civilization 4, added. 5 and 7 will be up tonight and tomorrow. Sinners and Saints will be altered and updated soon. 8 and 9 are going to be left to mystery.
... so... uhm... yeah.

Yessir. Took myself a nice long break from it, as I had been doing too much of it too consistently. The pace I was at burned me out, so I'd gotten bored of it. Won't let that happen this time.

I had a great idea on how the Upper Species could look. Then I kept reading the posts and forgot. Do you still need the idea? If so I'll attempt to remember it

I've added a small little quote to the top of each of the civilizations.
Will updated Dranada later, and once it is finished, I'll go back and polish/edit each civilization for grammar, updates, etc.
Arlyan, let me know what idea you have brewing :]

Ok here it is. Keep in mind, I reserve the right to use said idea, because the more I've thought about it, the more I'm liking it. Feel free to use all, some, or none as it fits in your world.
Here goes:
Tall Hairless
Depending on how much magic plays a role in their lives, I would say to have runes covering their skin, much like tattoos, but signifying their magical prowess, perhaps their family lines, etc. Brilliant colors as well. And, they shift gradually, depending on a multitude of factors.
I'm toying with an idea for their eyes. One idea is to have their eyes vertical, much like ours are horizontal, and have the eyelids close top to bottom or outside to in.
Their iris and pupil would be the same color, having brilliant tones, either offsetting the runes covering their bodies (red/blue, yellow/orange) or matching. Perhaps their eyes change color depending on time of day, mood, etc.
Their mouths would be structured much like ours, but their teeth would be much shorter, so when they smile, it gives them a slightly feral look.
The working class (if there is one? I'm still trying to read all your project, it's quite a bit of material though!) would be slightly more muscular, but the upper class (again, I'm going on the assumption that this isn't some sort of extreme utopia) would usually favor the slender look, foregoing "hitting the gym" and physical labor.
If they have regular soldiers, and don't just battle with magic, then those individuals would be quite imposing, both tall and muscular.
For noses, they would have as much variation as any human, though, I would say, theirs is on a smaller scale, leaving their face with much more space than the average human.
Ears, I'm not sure. Between no ears at all or ears like human's, I can't decide.
Skin color, in my opinion, most would be very pale, but with an undertone of colors, depending on background, varying from yellow to red in most cases.
Just my thoughts on a different sort of species. Let me know which parts you like, or if you want any clarification.

Oddly enough, it comes close to my original intentions before I changed them to avian-men. Which was, in brief: Tall, thin, dark-skinned men with many brightly colored runes across their bodies and distinctive, long faces.
So I will probably be doing something similar to your idea, yes. And thank you! :]

Happy to help. If I ever get around to working on my own personal project, those will be the demi-gods that live in the mountains. Or some variation very similar.
