So how are people going for the final round? Reffy, have you got anything yet for slipstream (if nothing else, the wikipedia page is quite useful). Silver, any ideas yet? I'm going to start writing today after work. I has an idea ... unfortunately I got no writing done over the holiday. I did try! I even opened my lappy. It's cool, Ref. I've stalled out a bit on mine, too. I'm at a weird transition point between scenes and can't make it smooth. |

Hmm, starting to think i don't actually know who to write folklore. What i have doesn't seem very folkloresh, more containing folklore elements. Hopefully doing a rewrite won't put me behind too far.

4,000 words. I feel like an ending is near. I should have it done by time. I think this is coming out as: 70% stand alone story, 20% worldbuilding, 10% love letter to heist films.

Probably not going to have mine in today.
Wife has an extended class tonight and mid-terms next week. So the computer is all hers tonight and for the foreseeable future.
Should be up in the next day or so.

Completely forgot about the Cup until two days ago. That being said, I'm not too unhappy about what I wrote. Taed gave us a challenging topic and the fact that I actually busted something out in time makes me happy.

Did you do the same thing as me?
I automatically add a day onto deadlines/dates for AWR. If Inkling's on Saturday, that's Sunday for me. If a deadline is Wednesday, that's Thursday for me.
Except Taed made it Wednesday 12:01am, which of course is still actually Wednesday for me.
Damn it.
