Got 1400 words written. I like what I have, but I'm not sure how to go about expanding it and it definitely feels like it needs expanded, despite being, well, frankly, kind of complete. Hmm. Get a fresh start in the morning, maybe. How you doin', Injin? ...I should've started already but I haven't. I'll write around a thousand words tonight. Hopefully I can think of something creative...and yes, I just did. Awesome. Thanks for the mention of me needing to start. |

Given that no one has posted yet...I'm going to assume no. EDIT2: I think that means when it strikes midnight tomorrow. Not today. |

And given that I have an internship starting tomorrow that'll likely keep me away from the keyboard until around 6 PM, count yourself lucky indeed. I'll have 1000 words done today, hopefully, and an additional a thousand done by tomorrow's end myself. I have nearly 500 so far. |

The difficulties we have with schedules every single competition amazes me. >.> Silly time zones! I was also under the illusion my deadline was this morning at 5am. I've got a whole extra day to finish my story ... which, as it turns out, has been one of the most difficult stories I've written yet. The inevitability of what is happening and tapping in to those thoughts. It's made me not want to write it at all. I avoided it most of Sunday :S |

You have the -entirety- of the time here to write.
Therefore midnight on the 18th (aka 12:00am on the 19th) is when this round opened. So you have the entirety of 6/19. And midnight on the 23rd (aka 12:00am on the 24th) is when this round closes. So you have the entirety of 6/23.
Next round you will have ALL of the 25th through ALL of the 29th to submit, EST. (Technically, I guess, Reffy will have from 5am on the 25th to 5am on the 30th and PST-ers will have from 8pm on the 24th to 8pm on the 29th, but the deadline isn't that hard, you won't be disqualified).

I dunno, man. Every time someone has asked for or been confused about deadlines, I've basically reposted this exact same thing over and over. It hasn't changed once since it started. People just, like, refuse to read it? Or can't understand it? |
