To explain:
I have ballistic skill of 45. I roll 15 which is a hit as it's below 45. It means I hit in the 51 (swap the numbers around for the location of the hit) which is the left arm. (Using 2D10's to get a 1-100 roll.)
How is that difficult? I find it one of the easiest to run with (save the D6 games I have which are stupid and piss easy). It's when you have to start adding shit up that I get stuck like D&D or Deadlands.
