Hey wait. You. Are you signing up? I said I'd write on the first page, no? Yes, please! I'd like to write. Sorry! I missed that post! Well, that's ten writers. Keep signing up, everyone! (... though that's nearly everyone already.)

Right.
I think we can slowly start making a move here. Tentatively, we can say that Kwan is going to run the show and Allya is going to write. That takes us to eleven writers. With one more, and we should be able to find one more, that will give us the old format of:
The First Round - Six 1v1s The Second Round - Three 1v1s The Thunderdome - 1v1v1
So that works nicely.
Next on the agenda is to start sending beginnings to Kwan so he can start compiling them. Also we need to settle on a start date. I think the 6th January works very nicely depending on Kwan's agreements. Does anyone have any objection to such a date?

So how about the 1st through the 6th is "Send in introductions" time?
In total we only need 10, so maybe limit it to two submissions per person?

I usually say send in as many as you'd like just so that it means Kwan as the organiser can pick the very best beginnings out of a large pool of them.

The only thing to address is the topic of reviewing.

You guys need to find some way to motivate me this year, because I know for a fact that I'm going to be super busy during the first round, at the very least.
Are there, like, shock collars that can be activated remotely over the internet? I think you guys need to shock me.

But maybe I'll crank out another piece of shit just to not drop out. And have you tell me it's the worst thing I've ever written again. Oh yeah!

Well, are we going to leave it as is (which we probably will) or should we set up some sort of "you have to review at least one match to be allowed to progress to the next round even if you win your match"? And no. We need to hunt somebody down.
