I need at least 2 more beginnings. Chop! Chop! People! There's one more. Hopefully with less mistakes in it. One day we should have a competition of 75-150 words beginnings. They're pretty fun to write all by themselves. Mostly because I don't have to think where the heck they're going after I've finished with it. I'm sorry, but I'm not even going to try and be humble. I would win that. I would win it forever. I may not always have the planning or the follow through to actually write a whole story, but damn if I'm not good at coming up with ideas for them. Zovo and I would destroy all of you, and then I would eat his heart and become invincible.

Dear god, I'm sorry to the people who use my beginnings... It was a typical day in West Farthingwood Manor, and John Dublin was busy grieving over his dead wife. "God, I just miss my dead wife so much," he said. "It's an emotional state that is absolutely essential to my character. Golly, I hope a series of unexpected conflicts don't interrupt my grieving process. But if they do, I sure hope they help me reconcile this terrible loss." Just then a blimp crashed into the manor. It had a picture of John Dublin's dead wife's face on the side, because she had been a super sexy sex model. "Oh noooooooooooo!"

Or did you just pick a person at random to support the punchline and so you could at least a -little- humble

The plot twist is that the his dead wife wasn't actually dead, but had the necessary surgery to turn her back into who she once was: Nicholai Krameneschi, Super-Agent of the KGB!

I'm rather excited about this. I haven't written anything 'new' in awhile.

... do you need any more beginnings for this round? No, but I remembered that Allya wanted to submit something pretty late. By the way as it stands, the matches are going to be five 1v1's and one 1v1v1. Is that okay with everyone?
