How many reviews -per entry-? Assuming some writers reviewed, and assuming they didn't review their own, it would be less than the total number of reviews. Between 3 - 4. |

It's a shame more people didn't review. There were some fun stories here, but I guess once most people lose, they lose interest entirely. Hopefully there'll be more for the finals. Looking forward to reading the top three duke it out. Hopefully we'll get some of the best stories there, based on who I think's competing.

XD Would that really have made for a good read? If one of the characters couldn't climb stairs, and couldn't fit in the seats at some movie theaters?
I'm totally going to pitch an urban fantasy reboot of Jake and the Fatman to CBS now.

It's a shame more people didn't review. There were some fun stories here, but I guess once most people lose, they lose interest entirely. There were four sets of reviews. One was Reffy, at least. So there were three sets of reviews. And six writers. Even if we make the pretty big assumption that they were all still in the competition, that's only a 50% participation rate by people still in the competition. Furthermore, in the last round we got five sets of review, I believe. I reviewed that round. I didn't this round because of the moving of houses. I was the difference. I mean, yeah, it's bad the number of reviews we've got. But don't try and guilt trip people (intentionally or unintentionally), because if being a child and looking after children has taught me anything, guilt tripping just annoys the fuck out of people and next time they won't even make an effort to review. People are busy. Some people feel uncomfortable reviewing other people's work, I've had people message me about it before. |
