No, no, no, I'm not unhappy at all. I've totally moved on. I definitely don't lie awake at night–every night–brooding over how things turned out. I definitely don't reread both entries over and over and over and over again, picking out every mistake, every tiny imperfection. And I definitely don't then carve those mistakes into my skin so that I'll never forget, never allow myself to fail so utterly ever again. No, no, no, none of that. You deserved to win. You're better than I am. In fact, how about you just write all my books for me and I'll just stand beside your autograph table at conventions and sharpen your pencils? HOW ABOUT THAT!?
